Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We use this anonymous information to:
- Improve User experience, add new features based on User behavior
- Conduct aggregated data analysis
Personal-Identifiable Information (“PII”) is information that can be used to identify or locate an individual, like a person’s full name, postal address, e-mail address, user name, twitter handle, or phone number, as well as other non-public information, including any customer codes, sales data, or product or service inquiries.
PII Collected for Company Website Registration
To use the company website, no PII is collected. We collect names and email addresses only when you explicitly seek additional information such as contacting us to request a Demo, Requesting a sales contact or when you have not explicitly opted out of marketing and sales communications.
User Communications from Company Website
When you send e-mail or other communications to QuantumVerse, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
You can opt out of receiving certain email communications from us by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email. Please note that even if you unsubscribe or opt-out, we may still send you important service and account related communications if you remain an active client.
PII Collected for Service Usage
When you register for the Service, we collect your name and an email address. The email address is used to send you the link to sign up to the site. The email address is used to place you in your organization
We do not collect or maintain PII that includes social security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records.
We do not knowingly collect or maintain PII from individuals who are under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services are designed to attract people under the age of 13. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. If we obtain knowledge that a user is under the age of 13, we will take steps to remove that user’s PII from our databases.
QuantumVerse will not be responsible if the content (video or documents etc.) that you upload to the Service discloses personally identifiable information such as Social Security numbers, medical records, and financial records. We do not scan such content for PII.
Optional PII for Service usage
At your discretion, you may provide additional information when using the service. This information would be used by you to build your “profile” within the service. This information may be used by your colleagues to find you in the service and perform actions like connecting with you, sending a message and looking at your skills.

If you have provided any PII in the company web site, you may request it to be deleted or modified at any time by contacting QuantumVerse at customerteam@QuantumVerse.com.
Other Uses of the Information
There are other rare instances in which we may share the Non-PII and PII from any source (collectively, the Information”):
- with third parties to whom you ask us to send the Information;
- with third parties if we have a good faith belief that access, use, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce the applicable terms of service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of QuantumVerse, its users or the public as required or permitted by law
Additionally, in the event we go through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, the Information may be among the assets transferred. This policy will remain in force upon any such transfer.
Security, Retention, and General Policies
We take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include firewalls and encryption, internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
We restrict access to PII to our employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination, if they fail to meet these obligations. However, we are unable to guarantee that the security measures we take will not be penetrated or compromised or that your information will remain secure under all circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Information
You must promptly notify us if your Personal Information is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that Personal Information from your account and update our records accordingly.
